Innovation in healthcare takes a strong ecosystem: talented people, medical expertise, and technology that turns ideas into solutions for patients. That’s the ecosystem we’ve built at BIOSerenity as a medtech made in France.
We are proud to be a French MedTech company. We were founded in 2014 at the Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle Épinière (ICM) at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris. Our mission has always been to combine medical expertise and technology to improve how patients are diagnosed and monitored. Our French roots remain central to who we are.
Made in France means expertise, quality and commitment
For us, being a French company is about more than a headquarters address, it’s a deliberate choice to keep our innovation and manufacturing close to home. Alongside our Paris headquarters, we operate a manufacturing site in Troyes and offer clinical services through centers across the country. Our medical devices, Neuronaute and IceCap, are designed and manufactured in France.
Paris: Software and data science

Our Paris office turns physiological signals into data that physicians can interpret. Teams here build connected platforms, process data, and design the interfaces that bring it all together, the infrastructure behind a modern, connected healthcare experience.
This isn’t technology for its own sake. The goal is to make medical data more accessible and useful for healthcare professionals, while meeting the strictest standards of cybersecurity and data protection.
Our data science team, also in Paris, is building the next generation of medical AI for neurology. Their Large Brain Model is a foundation model that could change how healthcare AI is built. Normally, a separate AI model is trained for each use case, which takes a lot of time and data. A foundation model works differently: it builds one central representation of the data that can then be adapted to new uses with much less additional data.
Paris is also home to other teams that are indispensable to product development: product testing and validation, usability, clinical affairs, and quality and regulatory affairs. They work closely with our engineers throughout development, test our solutions in real-world conditions, gather feedback from clinicians and patients, and make sure every product meets strict healthcare regulations. Their work happens behind the scenes, but without it, none of our technology would reach a patient.
Troyes: Hardware and manufacturing

At our site in Troyes, hardware teams design and build the devices that capture physiological signals. This work draws on expertise in electronics, mechanical design, textile and industialization . The goal is devices that perform well and hold up in real clinical settings.
Troyes is also our manufacturing hub. Keeping production in-house gives us tighter control from development through to industrialization, lets our teams work closely together, and helps us maintain strong oversight of quality.

In 2025, Troyes brought manufacturing of the first product in the IceCap line in-house. This gave us more control over a key part of our solution and strengthened our industrial expertise. Looking ahead, Troyes aims to manufacture the full IceCap product line in-house by 2027, and to reach a capacity of one million IceCaps a year by 2030.
Logistics, after-sales and customer support: supporting the full product lifecycle
A device’s journey doesn’t end when it leaves the factory in Troyes. That’s where our logistics, customer support, and after-sales teams take over, working together to keep every product running well long after it reaches a patient or clinician.
Our logistics teams get products to the healthcare professionals and services that need them, including managing the full logistics loop for our long-duration video EEG at-home service: shipping device kits to technicians for patient setup, retrieving them after testing, and cleaning, decontaminating, and verifying them before returning them to the medical circuit.
From there, customer support and after-sales carry the relationship forward. Customer support teams, based in Paris and Laxou, provide on-site training and round-the-clock phone support, while after-sales teams stay engaged throughout the full life of the device. Together, they ensure support continues well beyond delivery.
BIOSerenity Life: Medical services
Beyond devices, BIOSerenity Life provides specialized medical services across France in three therapeutic areas: neurology, sleep medicine and cardiology.
Being Made in France is part of our identity. It reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, expertise and industrial excellence, values we’ll carry with us as we grow from France to the rest of the world.
